"BISMILLAH"

Architectural palace

 

         "Bismillah" palace represents a full embodiment in architectural shapes of buildings the most used words of Islam: b-ismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīmi" («In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful »). Each chapter of the Qur’an begins by these words (except for ninth sura). This phrase is said by all Muslim people. It is used by Muslims in various contexts (for instance, during daily prayer). These words are shown in contours of three basic buildings and entrance gates.

      Buildings are constructed as a correct square. The central palace has image of “Allah” word. Right and left palaces exactly use the contours of  ar-Rahman" and  ar-Rahim. Entrance gates are done as two architectural structures: direct and reflection of the first word «Bism» ("In the name of"). High column in the central part of each palace (only three) and two columns of gates personify five bases of Muslim religion. Located on a background of the sky, contours of perfect names of Allah (al-ʾasmāʾ al-ḥusnā) will be looked, as if they gone down from heaven and they are blessing all clean moral actions of people.

  
“BISMILLAH” will always be filled with good thoughts of people. Persons already will feel the energy of these words really. Muslims say this phrase on all continents; emotionally they begin to remember shape of these words, which was made in real country by architecture.

" Bismillah " palace can become one of the most recognized architectural complexes of the country for other countries.
Palace will embody high idea for world. It is necessary for Muslim world to be on dialogue with all civilizations not only in words, but also in reality. We suggest for people to build this complex. Main structures will become the World Islamic Digital Library and International Muslim TV Center, which will show the life, spiritual and cultural basis of Muslim civilization. The West must hear the East; the East must hear the West. Peoples should have an opportunity completely to know the bases of other cultures and other points of view. The World Islamic Digital Library will become the keeper of the information of all Muslim heritages. On the basis of all actions, the information of the International Muslim Television Center will be used in the broadcast programs for the world and will make new materials for Digital Library at the same time. “Bismillah” can be the Great Mosque, the Global Muslim Youth Center, and Grand Sharia Hotel.

Many people can see other applicability of this palace, for example: the museum, the conference hall and the film-lecture hall, the Global Muslim business center, the Great Arabic cinema company, the virtual holographic theatre and many other structures. In our opinion, these institutions must have the highest meaning for Islamic unity.

Bismillah  palace could become the Gate of Ideal city, the Gate of Honesty. High tolerance, the morality, culture and spirituality would mutually supplement each other by programs of the most humanistic actions which could make by community of good people here. By this strategy, the Ark of Preservation of East Culture under protection of the highest names is created in this place. In this complex all important actions will be spent. They will become the explanation of the humanistic mission of Islam for world community. Thus, this complex can become the Center of East Tolerance, the World Center of Islamic Culture and Gate of Muslim Civilization.

It is suggested to create the following basic structures in «Bismillah» complex:

Structures:

a)     World Islam Digital Library (media storage of information).       

 It will become as the keeper of digital information about every Muslim humanistic legacy of all of Islam countries for whole time of their existence;   

b) International Muslim Information Portal (media spreading of information).   

This TV-radio-internet Portal on the base of full information from Library, Institute and Center will translate the programs, reflecting the life of Muslim civilization, its spirit and cultural bases, reflect them for the whole world and, simultaneously, filling up new materials the Digital Library;

c)   World Islam Dialog Institute (media receiving of information).        

Institute will become a global stage on the realization of international congresses, conferences, symposiums and other business meetings for the receiving of information on all spectrum of international relations in an economy, policy, art, religion, science, education and other spheres of human activity;

d) International Center of Innovations (media processing of information).     

Center will serve as an international cluster on development and advancement of all structural initiatives, directed on the decision of economic, political and other problems of modern society.

 

Tasks

 

 For achievement of previous aims in «Bismillah» project these structures will begin to decide the following tasks: 

-    to save the legacy of all Islam civilization (Library);

-    to propagandize achievements of national and international culture of UAE in a country and abroad (Portal);

-   to extend informative space in the global sphere of all Islam culture in distribution of it for the whole world (Portal);

-   to participate in education of spiritually, physically and moral strong generation, leaning herein on humanism achievements of Islam civilization (Portal);

-  to carry out a search and to develop a collaboration with creative personalities and collectives, who able to find innovative approaches and decisions on any questions in activity  of Muslim society in connection with the global contemporary problems (Institute);

-  to co-operate with international and local organizations (Institute);

-  to create innovative projects and programs in economic, political, cultural, scientific, educational and  other activity, using humanism achievements of Muslim civilization (Center);

 -  to unite the efforts of creative personalities on the increase of high-quality level of development of different areas of Islam culture and world culture (Center).

 

Human development (Activity):

 

 In the architectural «Bismillah» project the Center, the Portal, the Institute and the Library will provide an achievement of tasks by means of realization of the following types of activity:

-     classification, maintenance and using of information about the Islam world (Library)

-    carrying on elucidative and research activity in the field of all areas of human culture in association them with Islam culture (Portal)

-    appearance with global initiatives on various questions of public life (Portal)

-        to participate in many  international business meetings (congresses, symposiums, conferences, forums, seminars, trainings, lectures, diplomatic and business meeting, discussion and other) (Institute)

-        collaboration with international organizations (Institute)

-        bringing in to the activity of both domestic and foreign specialists, figures of business, policy, culture, science, art, education and other (Institute)

-        creation of creative unions, philosophical clubs, houses of culture, museums, theaters, salons, galleries, show-rooms, centre organizing public lectures, movie theaters etc. for children, young people and senior generation, elucidating essence of Islam civilization (Center)

-   -    support of workshops, studios, creative laboratories, techno-clusters, business-modules for teaching of talented and capable personalities to professional trade in any areas of activity with bringing in of specialists of different areas of Islam culture (Center)

-        providing of social and financial support and defense of rights  for the representatives of Muslim civilization and to the gifted personalities (Center)

-        financing of the various spiritual-cultural programs (creative actions, festivals, exhibitions, opening days and other) (Center)

-        realization of business-projects (Center)
